If someone claiming to be “Customer Service” tells you to send crypto to their wallet before they can help you — they are a scammer. Real support never charges you to solve an issue.

They pretend to be a Mentor or CS, DM you a wallet, pressure you to deposit, then block you instantly after you pay. The “help” or “private session” never happens.
